My guiding philosophy is to help support families so they can focus on what is really important. Everyone says it takes a village to raise a child, but I believe we adults need that village just as much!
I work to provide new parent's with information, encouragement and gentle guidance as they find their footing and gain confidence in themselves as parents. I work with other members of the family too including grandparents, aunts, uncles and older siblings to help them find their role in supporting this new baby and couple.
Pregnancy, birth and the months after are such a sacred time for new families. Please consider allowing me to join you as a guide, helper and constant companion on this important journey!

Jen helped care for our new baby so I could spend quality time with our 3 year old and help her adjust to having a sibling.
